T.J Steel Detailing Services, LLC, is a company that specializes in steel structures, iron works, architectural design and project management. With the right blend of experience and knowledge, we offer Design, Estimating (Budgeting), Detailing services for any structure built with steel. We offer Architectural planning and presentation services for standalone residential units, multi-housing projects (masonry, composite or timber), steel structures, commercial property among other structures. Our services are efficient, reliable and satisfaction assured.

Our Expertise

TJ has developed a wide range of projects as well as scope over the past 24+ years to utilize in the development of Structural Steel, Miscellaneous Steel, and Ornamental structures.

We provide across-the-board technical and continuous range of design, estimating and detailing services, for various types of structures by highly qualified and experienced Design Engineers & Detailers. We also have design service expertise required for complex, pioneering structures and graphic figures which are built using a wide variety of sections.

Technology

TJs engineers are well experienced in all type of Design aspects and Shop & Erection drawing Detailing. Our design and detailing services utilize the most appropriate tools like Tekla, SDS/2, Auto CAD, 3D Max and SketchUp to name a few in order to conform to industry standards and maintain productivity. The drawing office offers design and 3D modeling, providing important information between the client design team, purchasing and shop manufacturing.

Quality

TJ is dedicated to delivering excellent quality work in all the engineering services offered. Our adherence to quality standards reinforces the faith of our existing and wins prospective clients. We have a dedicated Quality Analyst for each of our engineering departments who possess extensive experience in their respective domain. This dedicated team member overseas and monitors the processes being followed by their team members. The first stage of the process comprises a self QC and peer QC as well, followed by QC by the designated Quality Analyst. The final QC is performed by the Project Manager. The Project Manager also makes sure that the quality system is understood, implemented and maintained by every team member.

Quality Control of detailing is reinforced by assuring all detailers are constantly being trained in the latest technologies, software, codes (A.I.S.C, A.W.S, A.S.T.M, etc.). All of our detailers are fully integrated with Building Information Modeling systems.
